Nice aroma and genuine..
Expensive but woth buying, I take 1/4 teaspoon 2 times in day in tea. It reaaly work to lower (Grade 1 primary hypertension (BP) 130-139/80-89 mm HG) within 12 week of use and bring down to125/75. The reason behind is due to Cardamom diuretic , Anto-Oxidant...properties. I will recommend to try, and also can be used in kitcen.

It is really good. Made from fresh cardamom so it has excellent smell and taste. Also well packed and sealed.
