A great value. The dimming function works with dimmable LED's. I tested it with a Edison style fully dimmable LED bulb. The glow in the dark buttons are a good idea, but the only button that glows well is the fan off button. Overall works very well, and is a great buy.

A little tight to put in but works and I like the glow in the dark buttons for my parents. Does not work with dimmable LED, only incandescents as listed.

Purchased this remote for a new ceiling fan. It worked great up until 6 months. One day the fan was working, the next day I tried turning it on and it wouldn't turn on. I changed the batteries in the hand held remote, but still wouldn't turn fan on. I removed the transmitter from the fan and the fan worked perfect, so it was the remote control that was not working properly. Contacted the seller asking if they could send me a new one and I would be glad to send them my broken one, they responded with a lousy explanation about numbers (well the #'s on the transmitter & remote matched so that was NOT the issue). But then I could NOT get a response from them after that. So now I have to purchase another one, which I don't feel is right. Their product should last longer than 6 months and if not then refund me my money.

Worked well for over a year and one day it completely stopped working. Tried the remote with other receiver and remote seemed to be working fine.

the dimmer is slow.

We have a fan on a very high ceiling and we couldn't reach the string to change speeds. We purchased this remote to do that and it works perfect!

hampton bay said i couldnt fix my fan (bad receiver) cuz it was too old. i bought this anyway. i read one of the reviews on here where the guy said all he did was put batteries in the remote and his fan worked again, i laughed. guess what, all i did was put batteries in and everything worked on it again .. lights, dimmer and 3 speed fan. am i happy? hell yea! i saved over $100 on a new fan!
