We've been using classic versions of tonic syrup for years behind the bar. Some more bitter, citrusy, or sweet than others. Our goal with this syrup was to make a tonic syrup that was ready-to-use, no doctoring necessary. Just mix a half-ounce into your gin or vodka & soda. It's that simple.
