Dont normally do reveiws but felt thos deserved one.beautiful colour dont worry looks very dark at beginning.this was a rich thick creamy product.no smell.and plenty of it.no conitioner in box and usually my hair is knotty after dying no need for conditioner...it left my hair silky smooth and able to comb it and bear in mind I hv curly hair I would buy this again in an instant

I'm on a journey to get my hair healthy again as it had started to go thin due to menopause. I used to bleach my roots every 8 weeks or so in order to have bright fashion colours ( pink/ purple ) , and with doing this a lot of hair at the nape of my neck and around my hairline had broken off. Since having ditched the bleach and the broken parts now growing back in nicely my hair was starting to look a bit drab as I have lots of white hairs at the root ( about 4 inches worth ). I was just using my usual semi permanent colours, but after about 3 washes the white hair was popping through again and sticking out like a sore thumb. I spent a good deal of time looking for purple colours on Amazon that cover grey/white hair. And I came across this one which is permanent. It's not going to do as much damage to my hair as bleach will as it is a conditioning based permanent dye so I'm so happy that I can now carry on having purple 💜 hair without struggling on how I'm going to cover my white hair and risking more damage to my hair. This hair dye is absolutely amazing, it is thick in consistency as it is a conditioning based permanent hair dye so trying to squeeze it from the bottle once mixed is hard work so next time I will put it in a bowl mix it and use a brush. The colour came out even all over and my hair didn't feel dry after so I'm happy that I am not doing damage to my hair. Highly , highly recommend this dye it is the best!. Update after having washed it 3 times , the colour has faded but it's still really vibrant and such a beautiful colour. I did find that the colour faded a lot more quickly than other permanent hair dyes do , as the vibrancy normally lasts a lot longer with other brands , but it faded to a nice lilac colour after about 6 washes , I wash my hair once a week for reference, so if you wash your hair more often then the colour will fade a lot quicker.

Easy to use. The color is great. I used to dye another hair dye but it's no longer on sale, I was looking for hair dye for a long time to make my color suit me until I found this one and for three years I've only been using it like the Red Hot producer writes my color 😁

Don't bother, nice and purple when done, after 1 wash it turnt reddish plum and after 2 washes now red, its definitely not permanent and a waste of money

Unpacking: The box comes with gloves and the two colour components. No after treatment, no plastic head wrap. Odd, but nothing a cut plastic bag and my usual conditioner cant sort out. Application: Straight forward on dry hair. Oddly enough the colour did not change when the two bottles were mixed or when it was applied to my hair. Colour performance: First of all, my hair is white now ( previously blonde). This means it normally soaks up colour like a very thirsty person in a desert, but alas no permanent colour stays permanent. They all wash out after two weeks, the cheap or the expensive ones. The result here was...faint. Not at all like in the picture. The colour was true, but more like purple haze than purple rain. Gentle. Delicate. Barely there, but still noticeable. Not at all unpleasant. Just not what I was expecting or hoping for. I fear it will wash out pretty quickly, but for a once in a while booster for a special occasion, why not. Overall hair: This was the biggest, most pleasant surprise. I just washed the hair afterwards without any conditioner or mask, yet my hair was shiny, silky and soft. Easy to combe, looks and feels undamaged. Will probably buy again. As a special treat. Just dont expect to get what the picture promises.

It was my perfect purple shade but only for the first week or two. After that it's washing off and fading. It's still purple but not as vibrant. What a shame it was not lasting longer. Otherwise it would be my number 1 hair dye.

Great colour but it runs and bleeds when you get hot . Not great

I used Black Saphire. My hair was only colored with a non permanent pink and purple which only took at the ends. So basically I had medium brown with magenta ends. I wasn't sure how this would turn out. I've never done such a dark color. I usually lean blonde or red. But I love this. This colored very evenly. I was also worried it would be more blue than black but I was pleasantly suprised that I got exactly what I wanted...a black with navy blue hue in the light. I can't geek you how long it will last as I only wash my hair about every 10 days. So for me it will last forever lol. I will definitely buy again as I'll keep this color for a long time since I love it so much. I wish I world have tried this years ago lol

Je modifie mon précédent commentaire après avoir fait ma coloration qui est très réussie! Joli gris métallique, ne fais pas "vieux", couleur éclatante et même rajeunissante! Je comprends pourquoi il n'y a pas de soin dans la boîte : le produit est très doux, mais si vous avez les cheveux secs comme moi, un après-shampoing suffit. Je recommande ce produit les yeux fermés, il ne brûle pas le cuir chevelu comme les autres! Merci pour cette découverte!

Works great! Wasn’t an overpowering smell. Easy to follow instructions and easy to mix. The one negative is it only lasted about 6! weeks but it is a problem with most dyes when trying to dye darker hair.

I used this and omg. I never had a hair dye that has kept my hair so naturally soft and shiny. After the initial wash, my hair hasn't leaked dye, and the smell is not chemically. I am addicted to this product. Plus it really did cover my white hairs. RECOMMEND.
