I don see the nutritional information or the ingredients anywhere. if i don like, i can not returned it. so i need to know that info before hand.

There is only one ingredient, cocoa mass. Per the label, one tablet has: 4g total fat, 0 cholesterol, 0 sodium, 2g total carbohydrate, 1g protein, 0 sugar, 14 mg calcium, 61 mg potassium.

Percentage chocolate?

This product is 100% cocoa mass. The difference between cocoa and chocolate is that cocoa has little or no cocoa butter, and chocolate contains cocoa butter.

Does this taste good if you melt it into to coffee and drink it mixed in like that?

It doesn’t melt naturally: traditionally, you use a hand blender (molinillo) to make sure it dissolves. What I have tried in the past - and was DELICIOUS - was to grind the coffee beans together with the chocolate Luker. And then the flavor gets mixed with the coffee. If you still want to try your method I would use regular chocolate, not the bitter one.

Is bitter chocolate the same as unsweetened for use in recipes?

I would say it is comparable to that, yes. Bitter with a strong cocoa flavor. It’s delicious!
