Worth every penny. Effecrive, helps a lot since my fingers are not strong enough. Definitely good for those with Rheumatoism. Cream is amazing, buy it even in shop. No strong chemical smell like other products and still doing the job, cleans greasy stuff without muscle effort. Gentle to skin too. Never had any dryness on my hand or redness.
