* Solid build and excellent quality. * The hand grip is very comfortable, and has a nice soft subtle texture grip. * Lots of mounting points at the bottom, sides, and top. * You can access all ports of the camera, battery compartment, hdmi, usb-c and microphone. * Includes a small screw lock, which is tucked at the bottom of the cage magnetically. * The cage doesn’t cause any scratches to the camera - I’ve not had any yet, and I’ve put the cage on and off the camera many times.

Love this case, it's sturdy, love the extra handle to grip my camera better. It also has lots of 1/4 holes so I can add any attachments to it. I don't use most of them but Id rather have the option instead of need them but not have them.

Great cage for greate camera. I thinks there is lots of different ones, but you definitely want this one. Price=quality=functionality. You have perfect grip here, great protection and lots of mounting variations. Cage doesn’t affect any of the original functionally of the camera, except its mount (cage little bit on the way if you need to mount something wide. Cage cold shoe mount is a bit weird, as my accessories I used with camera’s mount fits perfectly and not moves, but cage have slightly tallest mount (you can on the picture with attached light on it) so that light won’t stay there. With this cage camera still stays compact and easy to carry. Overall I’m happy with it.

As a content creator, this is an essential piece of equipment that you *MUST HAVE*. The quality is 10/10, and after buying and trying one cage, I purchased another because I own two Sony Alpha ZV-E10 cameras. However, there is a downside to this camera model. Once the cage is attached, removing the memory card becomes a nightmare, so I use plastic tweezers for this purpose. The thickness of the cage in that area prevents you from accessing the card with your fingers. Is this a flaw of the cage? Definitely not. It could have been designed differently, but that would have compromised the cage’s quality and protection in that area. This is actually a flaw of the camera model itself, which has the memory card slot in an inconvenient location—the cage just makes it even trickier. Am I happy with the cage? Absolutely! I will definitely continue buying SmallRig products for my other cameras as well.

This makes the camera so much easier to hold, I’m a frugal guy so I bought used however it was really good quality, again makes holding and using the camera much easier. Great product!

The quality of this cage does not disappoint. Each section of the frame moulds to the camera perfectly and all buttons can still be used with ease. The grip is an improvement for the camera as it has a more rounded handle making it more comfortable to hold. Plenty of mounting points if you like having attachments! Battery access isn't interfered with by the cage.

Have been using this cage for my zv-e10 for a couple of days, and it has made me want to bring out my zv-e10 even more now. The installation of the cage was really very easy, and the camera fit perfectly, the added bonus of the anti twist by adding a small piece that fits in the strap lug on the right hand side, and it stays perfectly in place. The grip makes the zv-e10 a lot more comfortable to hold, which was my main annoyance with the camera itself. The grip can be removed, if that is something that you want. On the bottom there's five 1/4” threads for and the bottom is arca swiss compatible. There is also a small tool on the bottom that functions as a flathead screwdriver and is magnetically held in place. Would have been nice if it also had a hex screw head. All of the ports on the zv-e10 are still accessible when mounted in the cage. And the screen is fully articulating as well. The hot shoe is not restricted while the cage is on, and I can still use my flash or other hot shoe accessories like a microphone and such. There's also a cold shoe mounting option as well but it might block the hot shoe depending on what you use it for. Alternatively there's a secret cold shoe mount on the bottom of the cage. There's also three mounting options for straps, two on the right side and one on the left. Using the two on the right side makes sure that the strap gets in the way of the screen. The cage feels really solid, and while not optimal to drop the camera, I think it would decrease the risk of damaging the camera if it were to happen. Overall its a great improvement for the zv-e10 and it really improves on the feel of the zv-e10 and makes me want to use it more for everyday stuff.

Been using this cage on my ZV-E10 and it honestly makes the camera feel way more complete. First thing I noticed was the grip, it’s a lot more comfortable than the stock one, especially when using heavier lenses. Feels way more secure in hand. Build quality is really solid too. It’s all metal and doesn’t flex, so once it’s on the camera everything just feels more durable and protected. Definitely gives a bit more confidence when filming or moving around. I like all the mounting options as well — makes it easy to add a mic, light, or whatever without needing extra stuff. It basically turns the camera into a proper little rig.  Only thing is it adds a bit of weight and makes the setup slightly bigger, but that’s kind of expected with any cage. Overall though, really happy with it… feels like one of those upgrades that you don’t want to take off once you start using it.

J'ai acheté cette cage pour plusieurs raisons : - Déjà j'ai mis un peu d'argent dans mon appareil et même si ce n'est pas un modèle de photographe, je tenais à le protéger. - J'ai pas mal d’accessoires et je n'ai qu'un seul pas de vis sous mon appareil. Donc impossible d'en monter deux simultanément. - J'ai des lampes pour faire des éclairages d'appoint et comme l'embase est en métal, je ne tiens ABSOLUMENT PAS à les monter sur la griffe à dégagement rapide de mon appareil et que cela fasse un court circuit. J'ai donc commandé cette cage. J'ai bon nombre de produits de la marque Smallrig et je n'ai JAMAIS été déçu. Ici, le produit est dans la continuité de ce que propose la marque. On est sur une cage en aluminium à la finition parfaite. Tout est pensé, on a un revêtement caoutchouc sur toutes les parties en contact avec l'appareil. La cage se monte au moyen d'un outil qui est dissimulé dans la cage et qui tient avec un aimant. La poignée en silicone offre un maintient bien supérieur à la poignée native de l'appareil (un peu plus imposante mais le grip est bien meilleur tout comme la préhension de l'appareil). Tout reste accessible à 100%, les boutons d'enclenchement vidéo, photo, réglages etc... Et bien entendu toutes les connectiques et logements pour batterie et carte SD. Et pour finir, on a des pas de vis absolument de tous les côtés. Je ne saurais dire combien d'équipements on peut monter simultanément mais on peut upgrader sa config de manière vraiment significative. Et on a une griffe de dégagement rapide directement sur la cage. On peut donc monter un éclairage d'appoint à base métallique sans aucun risque pour l'appareil. Alors oui... l'appareil prend 75 grammes au passage. Mais au regard des tous les avantages derrière, c'est vraiment un tout petit désagrément. Personnellement c'est un coup de cœur pour moi ❤

This SmallRig cage is a great one for the ZV-E10. The grip feels super comfy and makes handheld shooting way more stable considering you can add more attachments to your camera. There are tons of mounting points for mics, lights, or whatever else you need. It doesn’t block the battery or flip screen, so you never have to take it off mid-shoot. Solid build, easy to use, and just makes the camera feel way more pro. I can recommend it if you're trying to level up your rig!
