Will power supplies fit underneath? If so, which ones will fit or what dimensions?

The small XPND does not provide enough clearance for a traditional power supply ( in my case, Voodoo Labs Pedal Plus2) . I loved the board, very well made, great design, but had to send it back. Some of the micro power supply's would fit no problem.

How much space does xpnd 1 have underneath for the power supply?

2.57 inches (including the feet) at it's highest point so a little over 2 inches.

What's the point of it expanding. I leave all my pedals attached, are you supposed to remove your pedals to get to every gig? I don't see the point...

I would say the point is that you don’t need a different pedalboard if you want to change your layout. It can stay in position as long as you need it to, but if you want to add a pedal or remove one you can adjust as necessary. I use this as my experimental board so it’s always back and forth for what length I need to use.

How does this riser attach to my pedalboard?

By using velcro on the base outline, the riser is not heavy per se.... but it is still sturdy.
