Can the color black be worn without a slip?

I just got the skirt today. I HAVE to have a slip on underneath. It’s completely see through, almost like a sheer top. I went with my normal pants size and I’m questioning if I should have gone up a size. It’s a very comfy skirt but very thin and stretchy material

My waist is 37 1/2 inches and my hips are 47 but have a fairly large butt which size should i get???

I’m a 16, and it hugs my bootie nicely, and fits perfectly. If you were one who wants it to hang looser and not hug your frame, get a size bigger. If you don’t mind it curving around the rumpetootie, get your size.
