I bought a 64GB USB drive mainly for school files and photos. It works perfectly on my laptop and smart TV. Transfer speed is decent, and it’s very easy to use—just plug and play. No setup needed.

I bought a 10 pack of these 5 months ago and they've been fine. I haven't used all of them yet, but I keep reusing the silver one and it hasn't failed despite adding and removing files on multiple PC's. I use it to hold drivers and install programs. If you're concerned about it not running fast enough, you can plug it into a blue USB2.0 or 3.0 slot on your PC. It is not rated for high data transfers - those items tend to have the "Extreme" and "Extreme Pro" moniker. But it's just a flash drive so you shouldn't expect it to be used for high-data transfers.

Bought this size because it was just what I needed and was economical to buy in bulk. Two out of twenty had write failures, but doing a full format restored proper operation. These are being used to handout some informational material so archival life span is not important but may indeed be just fine.

Wow! I was instructed to purchase these USB for my Bernina sewing machine because I heard from a lady at my sewing center. She told me these are the best choice for holding my designs & transferring them to my machine. So far I’m very happy with it. I might even get more! Small but mighty!

perfect for important documents for small business

First of all, I like the fact that they won't get sticky over time since the outside is metal. I also like the fact that a red light comes on when it's active, then when you click on eject, the red light blinks until you remove it. This is just a very high quality little thumb drive!!! Update: This drive went through the washing cycle, with the lid on, and works fine. I waited 7 hours for it to dry, then plugged it in. Not recommended, but good to know.

well worth the price for physically transfering data to others

These are the worst flash drives I have ever purchased. Garbage. Constant faults. Start to scan and save but then faults out. Extensions won't lock when trying to inset them? Sorry I missed the window to return them, will never buy again.

So I got 5x 64GB USB sticks for random stuff for a good price, so that is the up side. The downside is that 2 of them are throwing errors trying to write to them. Speed: Another review complained about the speed. Yes, they are slow, but you were warned they were USB 2.0 so it is not a huge surprise. In addition, it is a known thing that some USB Flash Drives are much slower write than read (ie read speed is USB 2.0, but write speed is meh.) However, that I can not write to it even slowly is less than ideal. I worry about the files I have written to the other 3, and whether they would have thrown errors if I had written to the wrong spots on them too. I will just make sure to not put important things on them. Anyway, probably got what I paid for....?
