I've taken these for at least 8 years. People comment on how radiant my complexion is and guess this 71 year old at 60. I've tried other brands and always come back to Life Extension. I've tried the rice phytoceramides and always ended up with dry skin, no thanks.

This product really works!! Have been using it for years and my 87 year old skin doesn't look its 87 years.

I have been using these in the cold winter months. I believe that my skin, especially around eyes, has fewer lines as compared to when I do not use them. I tend to get very dry, itchy skin during the cold weather. These phytoceramides along with the regular application natural body oils help my skin feel more smooth until the weather gets warmer.
