The bags are nothing special but I can't fault them besides the ridiculous price increase that they've recently added, what on earth makes them think their bags are worth nearly $1 each? I paid $28.63 in September 2022 and now, just 4 months later they think they're worth $48. When you can buy bags of equivalent quality for 20c each from the supermarket I'd much rather save 80% and not have a perfect fitting bin bag. This review would have been 4 stars at $28.63 losing out on 5 stars because of value but at $48 your value could not be worse. If you can't produce a plastic bag for less than 50c and still make a healthy profit you're doing something wrong anything more is just price gouging.

Los hemos comprado antes y estamos muy contentos con ellos. Desafortunadamente, alrededor del 50 por ciento de las veces, los lazos se rompen en esta última caja de bolsas que compramos. Muy frustrante y decepcionante.

Truly sturdy, I have long nails and tried to pierce it as a test and it definitely passed. You may think it is okay to use compostable bags for regular trash to be envo-friendly but you are actually causing more harm by using things that easily rip, which makes it more difficult for anyone who has to “handle” your trash because when your compostable bags rip in the trash bins on in the trash truck; it is just another mess for someone else to clean. Biodegradable bags that are sturdy like this however stay intact until they “dumped”. Drawstring works well and doesn’t snap like some other brands. It’s not the cheapest but for 50 bags it’s actually not a bad price at all considering it is eco-conscious. I SO WISH THEY HAD A SMALLER SIZE. I knew this was going to be bigger than our trash bin but this was the best option among other options. But seriously, I hope they decide to carry a smaller size maybe an 8 or 10 gallon. Fingers crossed that they do! I won’t be buying this again because it is waaay~ to large for our bins.

Like these a ton! Kudos to Emily! Sturdy. Don't tear. Great ties. Box design and packing of bags makes it an easy pull to yank out a new bag when needed. And best of all, I don't have to tell the trash collector that this bag is the "recycle bag" and this other one is "regular trash." The green color tells the story for me. And biodegradable! What's not to like?

These bags are quite roomy and fit well in the can, much better than those recommended by manufacturer. There is ample room left when removed from the can to add last minute trash. I have had no issues with tears or rips in the bags. And best of all I can use them with a clear conscience about adding waste to garbage fields that take years and years to decompose.
