I take this upon waking most mornings, and it makes me feel wide awake and mildly euphoric in minutes. My workouts are easier, I keep getting stronger, and, after the first couple of weeks, I stopped experiencing muscle soreness.I recommend the following:- mix with 12-16 oz water in a shaker- chug/consume as quickly as you comfortably can- begin your workout within 30 minutesIf your skin tingles, it's normal. I love the product but it always says it will be deleivered the next day and never is. Order again yesterday to have before I leave town tomorrow. Said would he delivered this morning and not not till after I leave.

Unfortunately not for me, for sure not the fault of the product. I guess my ability to handle caffeine is not great. Up all night. Really tough on sleep.However, if you have caffeine tolerance you will love itcertainly added a great deal of energy, but without any jitters.I'm 65, my blood pressure went up considerably.I may or may not use the product again (too strong for me), but may try it in a much smaller quantity and see how that goes.
