The product worked for me about 7 years ago. I lost 12 lbs in a week. This time I felt better the first week but not sure if it is because a placebo effect or if the product made me feel better. However I was constipated for 1 full week. The second week I started going regularly but it was not a regular movement. I never lost any weight and I was still bloated in the belly. I was disappointed. I read comments reviews about how the ingredients changed. not sure if I am just older and that’s why it didn’t work, or if the change made the product different.

I've been using the ItWorks Cleanse for years, even since they changed the formula and I love how I feel by end result. But after reading reviews, there's some important factors to take into consideration...this cleanse is NOT meant to give it you blow out bowel movements. This product is designed to cleanse you on a cellular level so bowel movements will usually be normal. The product was manufactured so we can use it and not stop our daily lives because we're running to the toilet all the time. Secondly, one person stated it arrived expired. The photo is NOT an expiration date. It is a manufactured date, which is when the product was created. I have never received an outdated product from this company. And lastly, you can't expect something to work if you're not following a properly balanced diet and drinking ample amounts of water. If you're not doing these.things, nothing will work for you. I take a cleanse every six months or so, or when I know I've fallen off the good food wagon and I'm getting back on track. Everyone is different but I love the products and will continue to purchase it.
