The color is a pale turquoise blue
I love Essie polishes. The colors are beautiful; I always get compliments on them. One caveat for the cream polish is they are sometimes tricky to use. They streak easier than other polishes and they become thicker quicker.

Beautiful color, arrived less than half full
Arrived less than half full. Called Essie. They sent a label in the mail. I will drive to UPS & return the bottle the way it came and will be refunded about $8 via check.
