Firstly, i didn't realize this has such high doses. It was not stated as such in the product listing. For example, B12 is at 40000% NRV!!! Or B1 at 1136% NRV... Although B12 is found to be safe at higher doses as excess is passed through the urine as well as others. However, i think too much vitamins is as bad as taking too little. Thus I'll be taking it every week or so. I find they do help & I feel calmer after taking them. The ingredients in this are quite pure. There's no nasty fillers, preservatives, colours, GMO, dairy or gluten. It's in a 100% plant-based extracts of grape seed extract, kale, Apple, cranberry extract & carrot root. I prefer food-based vitamins more as they're natural. Please note taking too much B vitamins over long term can lead to nerve damage so I'd advise taking them irregularly. 🔘SOME ADVICE ABOUT CHOOSING VITAMINS This product is quite safe in my books. I recently found out these fillers in vitamins, which in many cases are used up to 85-95% to "fill" up the capsules & cut the costs ...& thus contain very little actual benefit. Further & even worse, your body needs to DETOXIFY & METABOLISE these fillers. Resulting in causing more harm than any good. Some "fillers" to avoid in vitamins: ❌️Microcrystalline Cellulose: Made of woodchips. Can cause gastric upsets & stomach ache ❌️Silicon Dioxide ❌️Magnesium Stearate: can cause heart palpitations, acid reflux,

This is the second time I’ve purchased these vitamins as thy work really well for me, thy arrived well on time and was packaged well I will continue to purchase them.

This vitamin B complex is easy to swallow and does what it says, works well for me, great product.

Being slightly anaemic, was keen to try these in combination with a mild Iron supplement to get the maximum B12 dose (B12 significantly increases iron absorption in blood). Whilst they are easy to swallow, odourless (more or less) and both capsule and packaging are faultless, they don’t offer quite enough value to warrant more than 3 stars as many alternative brands (I always go for a B100 combination) can be found at much cheaper prices and in many cases, higher doses of B. That said, if you don't mind paying a little extra this combo is at least 100% vegan and consists of only plant-based ingredients, making it perfect for vegetarians! For the rest of us omnivores though, better value and equally strong B supplements can be sourced for less.

I am terrible at taking tablets of any kind, it’s not that I have any qualms about taking them, it’s just that I forget to stick to a regime, so as a result lately I have been feeling under the weather and I know for a fact that I have a cold. So I started taking these about two weeks ago. My daughter recommends ‘B’ complex tablets as she is a vegetarian, well a sort of one I would say, but suffice to say she doesn’t go the whole vegan way. These are easy to take, they don’t contain Gluten which to me is very important because I therefore don’t react to them. They are quite large but have a very smooth exterior. They are translucent and you can see a brown powder within. They smell mildly of wheat. I have to say that I feel a lot better and not so exhausted after a couple of weeks of taking these with my breakfast cereal. You are advised to take these with food and liquid although these are not mean’t go be used as a prevention or cure of any disease. Even as a non vegetarian I recommend taking these as they don’t have that horrible vitamin B smell you get with the ordinary vitamin B tablets. I hadn’t of course noticed the change so directly or instantly in my health because that is not how these work. I just one day woke up and thought ‘why do I feel so much better these days?’. So that's my experience with these high strength Vegan B complex tablets. At a price point of £18.95 for 60 capsules I fully recommend them. 5 stars.

At 32p/capsule these are very expensive compared to many other B vitamins, however it does contain much Moore effective versions of most ingredients than you will find elsewhere. Each capsule is easy to swallow and contains an excellent dosage of the B vitamins, while also including Choline Bitartrate, one of the most highly bioavailable versions of Folate, grape seed extract and more. While the Choline is negligble - I am not a believer in taking Bitartrate as this is the lowest quality and lowest bioavailability version of the nutrient - it is a very cheap supplement that does provide clinically-relevant dosages for most of the other nutrients. It's good to see that this is OK for a people with a number of dietary requirements to take, being gluten free, vegan and soy free, so can be recommended to almost everyone who might be interested. While you most likely won't feel this supplement working, the ingredients are beneficial to brain health and energy levels. If you are severely deficient in any of the ingredients, it is possible that you may feel the benefits, however most of us will just be happy to be meeting the needs of our body. The bottle is a standard supplement bottle and is fully recyclable, so all around I highly recommend this product.
