I was having some dehydration-related headaches and these helped. They taste a bit like sawdust but seem to work. I bought a couple other brands and this one is my favorite. The others use multiple capsules in a serving, whereas this is just one big serving. I would recommend this one: it works, it's cost-effective, and does what it's supposed to do.

I take medications that deplete electrolytes quickly and despite diet changes I was still having difficulties keeping up with what my body needed. These have been super effective and now I’m not constantly dehydrated. There is a slight taste from the capsule but it goes away after a few sips of water.

Although I don't feel the benefits immediately, this pill/capsule is crucial for me to ensure I receive enough electrolytes for my daily runs. I live with a hot climate and sweat a lot, so this definitely helps a lot.

Great salt content ( Sodium and Potassium), B vitamins and magnesium at a good price There's nothing else to ask for. I use these salt tablets during >2hr runs and >3hr rides or whenever cramp starts teasing. I think they work well and will always buy this brand. The only complaint (insignificant) is that with the filller, when the capsule is opened and mixed in a drink, the contents doesn't dissolve thoroughly.
