This is the worst pre I have ever used, I could go to bed within an hour. Zero pump. I think the ingredients are fake. I have used 10+ different pre-gym supplements, this is the absolute worst one. Fake product, fake ingredients… do not order. Is probably crystal light.

Good flavour. But does not have 40 servings. My container came half full. Would not recommend for that pricing.
