Q: I am having the same issue as in the review "Something's Not Correct". Is it easier to return whole thing or request replacement parts?

I think contacting customer service which I did and they made things right. On more then 1 occasion. Very good customer service for me.

Q: Which goal work for beach ? Elite or academy ?or both of them not be good for beach ?

The elite goal has a weighted base frame so good for all surfaces

Q: Would this work on a hard surface like a basketball court without falling down?

Hi, Thanks for contacting Quick Play. The Kickster Academy range is used on grass and artificial grass. They come with ground pegs so keep in place and secure. The Kickster Elite range have a weighted base designed to use on harder surfaces. The weighted base helps the goal from falling down. This would be the better option for multiple surfaces.
