Really wanted this to replace my plethora of sticky notes with account credentials. Had trouble finding a Window10 Bluetooth adapter that worked, but that's not the card's fault. However, after connecting with a new adapter, repeated attempts to save records resulted in a corrupted database. Battery would not last one day, let alone the 2.5 days stated by Mfgr. After starting over 3 times, with the same results, & Support repeatedly asking simple questions but not offering much to help the db-corruption or battery problems, I returned it to Amazon. Product seems a bit immature to me at this point. Perhaps when it gets improved, I might try it again, but I'm not going to waste almost a week again without some indication of improvements. Very Good product idea, almost (but not quite) good delivery...Disappointed, to be sure......

I've now spent at least 50 hours trying to make use of this thing. My desktop (with a USB Bluetooth 4.x dongle) can "pair" but can't reliably communicate with it. One laptop (of three) with onboard Bluetooth can use it about 30% of the time, in three tries, about 80% of the time (then I give up). My iPad 2 couldn't see it at all, neither can my Galaxy Tab S2. My Galaxy Note 4 can pair with it, but using it has been sketchy.If you use multiple platforms, another issue is that you can only use it on one at a time -- I generally have two or three computers running things simultaneously. I like the concept, although it really gives you nothing over a USB thumb drive besides wireless coms. which you pay for in speed. As far as I can tell, all the security is in KeePass and the password file! (and keeping your passwords off the cloud) The charging contacts are clever, but the card needs a lanyard loop or notch.My assessment is that the unit is doomed by Bluetooth which has to be the worst technology in the history of zero and one.

Also wanted this product to work this is exactly what I needed for my password Management on Android devices but after weeks and weeks of troubleshooting with little to no help I could not get the device to pair nor connect nor utilize that app in anyway. Customer support did try to help me somewhat but I only repeated questions that I had already answered in the beginning of our correspondent so I basically was on my own for figuring out troubleshooting the device

Quit accepting a charge before i could ever begin using it! Can't return it due to the past 30 day return window...biggest waste of money on a gadget yet on Amazon, thanks!

the learning curve is steep, I managed to load card with data and can access the card on my laptop but still waiting for apple phone interface and tomaster the key pass stuff. The concept is great, but complicated at least to an 70+ old fart

This is a amazing product. I was using LastPass and I wanted a offline secure alternative. I combined this with an only key so I can generate an extremely long master key to unlock the keepass database.

I moved to KeePass not too long ago because I was tired of my “sticky note” approach to passwords. I really liked having a password manager but felt uneasy about putting all my information on the cloud. Then I found this CyberGate Password Vault, which I’ve come to learn is basically a credit card sized computer that communicates over Bluetooth with any paired device. It even has a rechargeable battery.The card has KeePass built into it and all my passwords now reside on the card, instead of the cloud. I feel so much more in control. The added benefit is that I just have one repository regardless if I’m using my iMac, tablet or iPhone! Secure and convenient. A pretty cool find indeed!

Other than a bit of confusion with how to install keepasshttp on Windows 10 I love this device so far.
