It wont lighten dark hair. The mask will only work if your hair is already light or is a similar colour already and you just want to keep up the vibrancy. My hair is dyed copper. I redye my hair as little as possible, so I like to use masks to keep the colour vibrant in between dyes. I decided to try this a few months ago and I LOVE it. I'm about to finish up my second bottle. It is fairly expensive, so I started mixing it with other hair masks so the bottle lasts longer. I use the mask fairly often to keep my colour consistent, so I still get good results even when diluted. TLDR: Pros: - Gives a perfect copper colour - Only has to sit on the hair for a few minutes to see results - Moisturizes hair - Smells incredible - Doesn't weigh my hair down (if used on its own/not mixed with very heavy moisturizing masks) Cons: - More on the pricy side - Can be messy and stains easily. Wear gloves! Trust me - The copper colour is fairly light, so not ideal if you prefer darker colours. If you want to darken it up a bit, I'd recommend mixing in a bit of Manic Panic's Tiger's Eye and/or Cobra, or a similar non-damaging hair mask colour. Info: My natural colour is a mousy blonde. If anyone is curious of the dyes I use when doing proper dye sessions, I use Schwarzkopf Igora Royal 6-77 and 7-77 (about 50/50 mix) with their 10 volume developer. The bottom half of my hair has been bleached in the past, but the parts from around my ears and up have only been dyed using this. I re-dye my hair every 4-6 months. Then every week or two I'll make a mask with the Moroccanoil colour depositing mask, whatever moisturizing mask I have at the time, and a bit of Manic Panic's Cobra and/or Tiger's Eye (whatever I have at the time). Ratio is about 50% Moroccanoil mask, 40% moisturizing mask, and 10% Manic Panic.

Gebruik hem als conditioner. Had hiervoor altijd kleurshampoo, maar dat was er na 1x wassen wel uit. Dit blijft zeker een week, misschien nog wel langer, zitten. Zelfs na zwemmen in chloor zit er nog voldoende kleur in. Haar wordt er heerlijk zacht door en je hebt verder geen consitioner of haarmasker meer nodig. Wel je haar goed doorkwammen met een grove kam of borstel als het er in zit, zodat het goed gelijkmatig verdeeld wordt. Enige minpuntje is de verpakking. Ik heb weinig kracht in mijn handen en moet flink knijpen om wat uit de verpakking te krijgen

Beautifully pigmented and a little goes a long way. The colour payoff is rich and vibrant, and it smells absolutely lovely. Feels like a real treat every time I use it! A little goes a long way good for in between hair appointments and leaves hair beautifully nourished.
