When this arrived it was dried out. I tried moistening it back up, but nothing worked to my standards. It was so dry using the enclosed brush didn't even put a dent in it. The only way to get any out was using a toothpick, which "worked" but then there isn't a way to actually apply it, as it being dry won't easily go onto eyelids. The eyelids being so delicate I don't want tug and pull at them to even try to get this on. I tested it on my hand and as I had thought, no real color, practically turned to dust when I tried it.Safe to say this had no glide or ease of application.On the hunt for a good gel eyeliner since the one I use to love is discontinued. The hunt continues.I've noticed lately that Rimmel quality has gone down hill

This is as it is described, however it does smudge. It's a gorgeous black. You have to have a very thin brush so it does not look cakey goes on easily. It is waterproof and you can only wear it 24 hours. After that it starts to come off. Easy to take off but it does smudge easily wood purchase again

This liner is easy to apply, super smooth and long lasting.

I’ve used this product for a decade and I always recommend it! However, recently, the gel has been so hard and dry that it’s nearly unusable unless mixed with some form of liquid for each use. Pretty disappointing. The texture should be ( & used to be ) soft and would glide on easily with the included brush. The picture I uploaded shows scrapes and pokes at the surface of the pot. Hopefully it’s just a bad batch. Otherwise I need to find a new reliable eyeliner. Hit or miss on this one!

I’ve been using this for probably close to a decade and the most recent order was horrible! It doesn’t seem to dry/set and it goes on like watercolor paint! I have never had to apply multiple coats. Nothing in my make up routine has changed. It seems they have changed their formula. Yuck!

I purchased this after using the rimmel scandalous eyes pencil. The pencil has minimal eyeliner and can’t be sharpened but it worked well.This product works just as well as the pencil but you get MORE eyeliner. It glides on easily and doesn’t smudge if you’re in a climate controlled room. After 4 hours mine started to smudge a little bit after sweating slightly.I have to wash the brush after each use or it will harden. I’m really happy with this product.
