USA Pan Bakeware Nonstick Madeleine Pan, 16 Well

You can’t beat USA pans. They are high quality work-horses they clean up well (do NOT put in dishwasher). The size is right for just about one batch of Madeleines. I have 4 for my business and two fit side by side in my oven. The edge allows me to remove them from the oven easily. I coat either butter but all my USA are non-stick. They look great after many uses. My go-to baking brand.

What I appreciate most about these products is that they are made in the USA and our sturdy, clean up easily. The surface does get small scratches after a lt of use. That’s to be expected; and I do not use anything to remove the Madelaine’s that would scratch the mould. They remove easily and cook properly on both sides. I love this for my lemon Madelines! Would buy it again if I needed to. I always purchase USA pan products

I bought Madeleines at WM...they can get pricey. Bought this and started making my own. Came out perfect. Lemon Madeleines are tasty. No sticking what so ever. Easy cleanup and feels hefty.

Very well made, sturdy pans that yielded gorgeously defined Madeleine shells. The extra layer of insulation makes for an excellent bake. The aluminized steel is high quality, will last a long time. A breeze to clean, just wiped off with a sponge and rinsed. I tested two other brands and this was by far the best.

A very sturdy pan with 16 wells for the cakes. I used a nonstick spray even though the pan is nonstick and had no problems with each cake releasing from the pan. The short sides of the pan have 1 1/2 - 2 inches - easy to grab even with pot holders or oven mitts. A good heavyweight pan that cooks evenly and doesn't warp. Would definitely recommend this USA Pan brand - professional quality!

pues el envio llego en el tiempo que dice o un poco antes, el molde se ve de buena calidad , no es tan grueso ni tan delgado . dice que es antiderrapante , pero de cualquier manera yo le puse mantequilla y harina , deja un dorado parejo en las madalenas , y se desmoldaron muy facil . no se me hizo la bolita pero supongo es por la receta que use , pues era la primer avez que hacia . pero en general me gusto por calidad precio , y estoy pensando en pedir otra ya que solo compre 1 molde

The pan is made of high quality aluminized steel and is very sturdy. The teflon coating makes it easy to clean and the cookies to not stick. I would recommend this product to anyone because it will not dent or corrode like cheaper quality pans.

Surprisingly heavy, solid and looks durable in terms of finishing. I've used it once, my madeleines came out deliciously crisp on the edges which is no doubt thanks to the aluminized steel finishing of this madeleine baking pan. Of course, one can also say I've got a good recipe but I've tried the same recipe several times before, mostly using silicon molds and they came out, by far, less crusty. I've been told plastic doesn't conduct heat the same way as metal does...this pan sure confirms that! Also, it is as described: totally non-stick. I recommend 100%.
