A Willie Barks Extra Small Choke Free Harness with Reflective Tape. The neck fits 7-9 inches, the girth (just behind the front legs) is 10-13 inches and it is 6 inches down center. There is a pocket for a clean up bag (aka poop bag) and there is a D ring on the back for a leash. This harness has Reflective Tape on the back for night walking.
