Q: Are these IOS compatible?

They paired easily with my 13 promax and haven’t had any issues with the app either

Q: How do you know when they are fully charged?

There are two methods 1) Within the app there is a battery level indicator which will show charge levels 2) When you plug the buds in if the green light stays solid for a short period it is fully charged. If it flashes it still has the capacity to be charged further.

Q: Dear kokoon: they do not work without wifi. when the app cannot connect to the internet, they do not work.

Hi Mark, The Wi-Fi is needed to access the content streaming (like Spotify). We are over time making more of our content available offline

Q: Can I turn off the fade out? Because I want to listen to my sound therapy all night.

Yes - you can configure each feature in the app and switch off the fade out if you prefer.
