It can be used for family party .After installation, we put the ingredients in place and started to grill. Here I want to say that the structure of the charcoal grill is simple and independent. When grilling, you can easily adjust the firepower by twisting the handle, which I like very much. When you cover the lid, you can clearly see the temperature inside rising on the thermometer. The temperature of the food is clear at a glance.Then it is super easy to clean after grilling. The full-size drawer ashtray is easy to clean. If you are choosing a full-carbon grill, I would recommend it. I will keep it and use it all the time.

This grill is very easy to use. Installation might require a bit of patience. My husband assembled it by himself in about an hour. It has a large capacity and can cook a lot of food at the same time. The built-in external thermometer makes it easy to monitor the internal temperature. It is very practical. Perfect for hosting BBQ parties at home, and the size of the grill is just right. Excellent product. The two collapsible side tables are very convenient for holding seasonings, plates, and tools. The height-adjustable charcoal pan allows flexible control of the heat, making the food cook more evenly.

For starters, this is by no means a competition grill. The metal is thin, with that said, I was surprised on how well the grill held it's temperature. On the initial burn I heated up the grill to 250, it held that temp for 2 hours. I then raised temp to 350, same thing, held the temp just fine. 400 degrees, same thing.Assembly was not hard, one person can do it, just take your time making sure you are using the correct hardware. It would be helpful if two people were available when inserting the charcoal grates but not necessary. The porcelain grilling grates are lightweight. I will be replacing the grates. I like the feature of adding charcoal easily and being able to raise and lower the charcoal grates. If I get 3 years out of this grill I will call it a good buy. Be sure to apply a light coat of canola, or some other high heat oil, to protect the metal surfaces.
