great worked out well for my pond pump

These work great use them for our main lines where we have roads going through.

I prefer these poly male cam lock ends over the aluminum ones because the cam locks close easier when these are poly and not the aluminum.

I installed a couple of these about 2 years ago to a couple of rain water catchment totes. So far no leaks, and seems to be working and holding up fine. Thanks!

Really nice cam lock connector, quality material, not too heavy, excellent fit and finish, all round great part! This fit perfectly in the female/male barbed hose end and threaded down the water pump output perfectly, allowing the O ring to nest inside perfectly. For pool drain. pond and/or spa work, this is a terrific part and the ability to connect the hose so quickly and securely is a true asset. I used just a little bit of water soluble lubricant to help ease the cam lock fitting onto the water pump outlet so as not to tax or stress the plastic threads of the pump as the fit was quite snug for being plastic, really quite precision. Great part, would highly recommend.
