Very practical.
Have used the system for a year. Carry it on my sailboat. Is great for short trips under the boat. No problem getting refilled at local dive shop.

Great apparatus aid for freediving!
4 stars because it wasn't offered without the attached dry snorkel. As a freediver, I use a wet snorkel, or no snorkel, due to its boyancy; so, I removed it and use a separate wet snorkel. How I use this system is to attach the second stage to the shoulder strap and use the compressed air if I want to stay a little longer. I then assend as a scuba diver, vs a freediver, to avoid pressure damage to my lunges. If you're not scuba qualified, please don't just jump in even a 10' (1.33 ATM) swimming pool with any compressed air devices! Or, at least, go with a scuba qualified buddy to explain how to safely use a self-contained underwater breathing apparatus.
