MAX Cases Extreme Shell for DELL Latitude 11" 5175 Tablet 5000 Series, Military grade - Gray

I'm just glad somebody is offering a product like this for my tablet. I prefer this style of case over a folio type. Build quality and design is good. It's obviously meant to work with a few different models of Dell 11" tablet. I can confirm that the tablet case snaps on to the 5175 model tablet. HOWEVER they keyboard case WILL NOT fit onto the current model of accessory keyboard, the K12M (also know by other model names and with different language keys). The problem is that these new keyboard have a built in slot to store the included stylus. Even with the stylus removed, the case wont snap over the hump on the bottom of the keyboard (the raised area where the stylus slides in) however I believe a steady hand with a dremel tool.might be able to satisfactorily modify the case to fit. However aside from that the build quality is nice. It's now as rugged as an otterbox style case, and doesnt offer much protection around the bezel of the tablet, but it certainly makes the tablet feel less fragile. In my photo you can see the raised area on the keyboard goes all the way to the end, where the corresponding groove on the case does not. This is the area that doesn't fit.

Item seems well made BUT...Keyboard protector doesn't fit if you have a stylus. You can't make it work either. I was going to drill a hole, but there's no way to make the cover line up. So it appears that the keyboard case is for the previous generation. One that fits the Dell Venue 11 (5130/7130). This 5175 also can use the old keyboard. Should be described as Dell Venue 11 not Latitude.

It fit the tablet nicely but it did not fit the keyboard since my has a built in stylus. Should of put that in the description.
