I am unqualified to give an opinion other than as a first time user
These work better than the tabs that came with the dent removal kit. They are better quality than the ones that came with the kit -- the heads don't pop off when pulling out a dent. The package includes plenty of sizes of tabs.

Get what you pay for
While cheap, and could do light dents, I broke several dozen on the first day. I used several other brands, and while tabs do eventually break after many strong uses, these were breaking on the first pull. Spend a few more bucks, get something you won't have to throw away.
