Buy this FIRST
I have the ear endoscope (which I tried first and failed to unblock the clog) so I can confirm this washes the ear canal pretty much completely clean after being clogged so bad I had hearing loss. After letting the product settle for 45 min, the ear is pretty clogged (like full of liquid feeling). I took a warm shower and flushed repeatedly (not too deep in the ear, more like just getting flow) with warm water until my ear was clean and hearing completely restored. It was a long process for me, but definitely a life saving product. 10/10 would recommend to my family and friends with ear wax issues.

Works better than other options
I've used hydrogen peroxide in the past, and have an electric sprayer designed for ear cleaning, but this formula works better. One 20 minute soak was sufficient.

Easy to use. Get comfortable.
Easy to use, both in the application phase and cleanup. Be prepared to get into a comfortable position to maintain the solution inside the ear canal for at least 15 minutes.

I think it works?
I will update this if I get a better idea of what is going on. First, I'm obsessed with clean ears, and often use debrox or peroxide. I do also use Q tips. Based on reviews, I let this solution sit in my ear for 45 minutes before draining and rinsing. One thing I noticed is that this seems extremely gentle, almost like putting water in the ear canal. I tilted my head and let the solution drain into a paper towel, and also used the bulb to rinse my ear. I did not see anything come out of my ear. That said, getting enough pressure and water from the bulb for sufficient rinsing was difficult for me. I was initially disappointed with the results. I could not tell if I could hear better or if I felt like I could because my ear had been full of liquid for nearly an hour. I decided to go back to trusty peroxide since I was already in the process of cleaning my ears. When I put the peroxide in my ear, it did not bubble at all...so my best guess is that the Earwax MD worked, because that has never happened. This actually made me far more confident in the product. On that note, even if it does clean really well, it is a bit unclear if you've used enough time or if it is even working, and I wish there was a way to measure that with this product (similar to how peroxide bubbles slow down when ears get cleaner. I did have a pretty uncomfortable itch in my left ear when I initially put the product in that seemed to lessen as time went on, but then again, it could have been a simple itch. I will be doing my right ear later today or tomorrow and will update this as appropriate. That ear tends to have more issues with feeling full and making cracking noises, and it seems the ear canal is longer as well. Either way, even though this is still a mystery to me, the evidence in front of me seems to suggest that this probably works, and it is likely superior to peroxide and debrox. It definitely did not cause dryness or sensitivity, which is a definite bonus.

Got Wax? Earwax MD Gets the Gook Out...Fast
Every few years I learn about a new section in the drug store. One of the latest: ear care. Unknown to me, though now obvious, wearing earplugs traps wax in your ears. Well, I took a long motorcycle trip and wore earplugs for the better part of a week. By the end of the trip, my right ear filled with gook. The blockage muffled every sound, most notably voices. I consulted my primary care doctor who recommended pouring mineral oil into my ear. What about treatments such as Debrox? He advised against them. He suggested the well-known brands had been around since the days of castor oil and provided little relief. Discouraged, I followed his advice only to end up with ear full of wax and, now, mineral oil. It sounded like being trapped underwater. With growing concern, I contacted an ear doctor. No appointments available until the following week. Meanwhile, I begin learning to lip read. When we finally met, the ear doctor echoed the primary doctor's sentiments about traditional ear wax products. ("They don't work.") She then used a special device to blast the ear canal with hot water and vinegar until it felt like water would shoot through the other side. That all occurred a bit more than a year ago. But, alas, my ear recently clogged again. Hoping to avoid repeating the past, I begin investigating other solutions and discovered Earwax MD. The literature and reviews sounded promising, however, I view any new "improved" treatment with skepticism. Regardless, I ordered a bottle. Amazon delivered promptly. And as promised: one treatment, and my ears instantly cleared. No more wax. Finally a solution to an apparently recurring issue. What a relief. So happy to avoid missing half a day of work, spending $60-$150 dollars on a doctor's visit, and, most importantly, avoiding an unpleasant ear blast. In sum, great product delivering on it's promise: gets the gook out...fast.

Failed to achieve what it claims to do!
This product did not work for me at all….. if fact it seemed to clog up my left ear so that my hearing is worse after use. It is expensive considering it doesn’t work. Save your money and aggravation and make a doc appointment to get your ears cleaned….i will be doing that.
