Q: Can this be used in soap?

NO! It may say it can but honestly you will NEVER get the color you are looking for. AWFUL for soap and ESPECIALLY candles!!!

Same. Even when they sent a replacement, they were all half empty and splattered all over the packaging.

Q: Can u use it to dye fragrant oils?

Well I use it for candles which I add oil to so I would say yes.

Q: Are they transparent colors or non transparent?

either transparent or translucent. a VERY little goes a long way
