I installed the dual gate opener system in one day. It was not difficult as long as you follow the directions. Gate initially worked as advertised and has many accessories which are easy to add on. The speed of the opener is not adjustable. Consequently, my gate is slow to open because I have brick columns which prevent me from mounting the actuator pivot point close to the gate hinge pin which is required to get reasonable speed. One of the actuators is slowing down even though I keep lubed. The customer support has been outstanding, very quick to respond and very helpful!

We have two 16ft gates in the front of our property and they needed a solar powered gate opener. We have not been disappointed! These openers were DIY installed by following the instructions. Everything worked well and installed without problems. We have had them up for a month now without any set backs. There were only two issues: when fully extending the arms, as the instructions state, there is no stopper so the arm dislodged from its track. It was easy to put back together but a stopper would be a nice feature. The other issue was the wiring to combine the two arms for one power source. We needed almost 27 feet but was only given 25ft and it is not easy to find an alternative. The saving grace was the extended wires from each arm. This gave us the required amount to splice and hook up to the batteries we installed for a power bank. It is easy to program and the remotes work well. We keep one in the house so we can open the gate for visitors. So far, we are very pleased with our purchase.

I purchased this swingbgate opener 10/2024. Very pricey to be installed but worked well until 09/2025 when the circuitboard went out. I contacted the company and after providing them with the information a replacement board was sent in a timely manner. My electrician changed out the circuit board and the gate is operating properly again. Prayerfully the gate will serve us for years without any problems. Thanks to Zoey in customer service for helping resolve my issue.

Extremely disappointed in this system. Upon initial install, the mechanics worked as intended, opened & closed with remote. Very soon after however (like the 2nd week) the occasional issue began to show itself of not closing in correct order causing the latching mechanism to be on the outside. This required us to have to reopen the gate then manually "assist" it closes in the proper order. Less than 1 year after installing the, "not closing correctly" got worse and worse. We didn't notice the gate did not latch properly one night and my family $2,000 American Bulldog got himsself out and was struck by a car, and died. Now 18 months after purchasing and installing, the unit is completely useless! It does not latch, does not hold itself closed, does not open or close properly. We have to manually open & close the gate every time, then use the ground anchoring latch to secure gate at night because the system has remdered itself completely useless! For coating nearly $700 with the seperate latch, I would have hoped this system would have worked better. We miss our puppy. Extremely dissatisfied,

Came as expected. Actual installation of the device was simple and easy to understand. I spent most of my time running the wiring through the conduit under the driveway to reach both sides of the gate. I had some difficulty understanding the angles and getting the gate to open where I wanted based on my gate location and 4x6 wooden posts, but in the end, it matched up with what was explained. I really like the ability to manually unlock with the key. I have used both the wired (when testing) and solar options w/o issue. Make sure you buy the right 12V batteries and wire them in serial. I bought a waterproof box for the batteries and it runs 100% solar. I was afraid the wife would be disappointed in an "unnecessary expenditure" but I think she appreciates not having to get out to manually unlock the gates anymore, and the motors are an added protection against high winds blowing it open.

This gate opener has worked flawlessly for about 8 months since I installed it. I recommend this opener to anyone.

Opener works good. About a month later one of the remotes failed. Changed batteries, tried to reprogram it, but it was failed. Attempted to contact support for a replacement. I could barely understand the broken English. Asked for a different representative and all I got was a thank you, and she continued. Unfortunately, the remote still doesn't work because of language barrier.

Very pleased with this product. #1. It arrived on time as promised. #2. The packaging was very professional, and the opener was well protected. #3. The instructions are clear and if followed, your assembly will be simple and uncomplicated. #4. I misplaced the release keys, notified the support staff and received an immediate reply. [ I failed to look in the sleeve with the instruction manual] #5. ALL of the materials appear to be top notch particularly the mounting brackets and all hardware.
