I bought this last year and still working great!! My mini split keeps my room nice and cool, even on the hottest days.

Works SO well, wife amazed at how quiet and cold. Bought another for my 550 sq ft shop. Boring a hole through concrete block was a challenge, but bought 2 1/2" concrete hole cutter off amazon that worked with my hammer drill and all is good. Had to shorten line set then vacuum down and do the line set cover and electrical work, no problem for retired hvac guy.

We got this as an extra unit for a room that stays hot. It was fairly easy to install, it looks nice on the wall and it gets super cold in that room now. It's also really quiet. It comes with a remote control. We got it in a saddle and the price was amazing. We also have one in our barn, they are great units.

We have purchased this 2x, the first one stoped cooling after a few weeks, and that was our error, figured i would get an hvac person to come fix it later and use it for another situation later. I purchased a second unit and went to install it got it all set up went to vacuum the lines and the whole thing is stripped out. I was like oh my god, after installing everything and THEN seeing this. I wouldn’t have mounted it, and got it all ready. It definitely ain’t drawing a vacuum and is absolutely faulty (we tried). Emailed support but that takes a minimum of 24 hours per reply. We needed this for the weekend! I am so aggravated. .

I’m a professional HVAC tech. I can say this unit is worth the money. I installed it on my camper. It works great. Most if not all the reviews are coming from people installing the unit as a DIY. This is not a DIY system, you need an HVAC person to install this product properly. You have to pull a vacuum on the unit prior to release of refrigerant. You also need an HVAC guy to check the sub cooling of the unit to insure proper charge. Over all this is a great product and I will be buying more. I highly recommend.

So far so good. My friend does install splits for a living and recommended Daikin exclusively. I wasn’t trying to spend $1300. I did a month of research and landed on this unit. So he came and helped me install and pressurize/vacuum lines. As we we going through he noticed multiple features including the certain refrigerant exclusive to Daikin. It’s AC is working great hitting low 50s at the unit.

I have purchased three. Customer service is complete garbage. They all arrived on different dates and it appeared that every person that handled the packages went to war with them. Just beat up as all get out, inside units were good, outside units were dented. But they all work, better than the one Senville I purchased that is always a problem.

This was a fantastic buy $$$ cool’s are 500 sqf + room it turbo blow’s fantastic and it is super supper whisper quiet.the ECO mode all so a plus. And it heat the room without ease.!Wife and I have decided to buy one moor unit for the living room it has the feel of being in a #5 ***** Hilton Hotel. It was very EZ to install you need a special fitting for the AC Gauge vacuum pump, which you can also buy on Amazon very EZ to fallow institutions.i did this by my self one handed.i do recommend getting moor Insulation for copper lines and good Insulating tape.lines are all very long so plan out your spot not to have to much line Coiled up behind the outside, AC unit and a place for the condensation line to drain correctly.a good cord less drill to set concrete anchor’s I used RED HEAD’S bot at Home Depot and a Disconnect 30 amp fuse box for the outside connection and a double pole breaker at the panel. Our room had to designated plugs, so the install was very easy after switching out a breaker.it dose not use to hi of AMP’s depending on what you have for power I don’t see a problem putting a Disconnect box and piggybacking off a existing outlet with a GFI or fuse disconnect box to securely protect the AC from any power outages, power, spikes or drops. I did this out of just overly protecting it, I also drilled through the concrete and set a 6 foot ground copper rod grounded that as well to the disconnect box and the circuit. Our home does not come with a ground. It is ground through the conduit so adding that was just a precautionary, it ties into the neutral leg of the panel with some advice from All pro electric in Rancho Cucamonga CA. Master electrician.i give this project a1 out of 10 on a difficulty level of a two.! For do it Self Project .And give the Product a hard, five stars.! #5 ***** wife and I did consider putting in a replacement wall A/C witch cost moor money then then this split unit $400-$600 for the same or Slightly bigger BTU it all so takes way less time to heat and cool then a wall unit and No noise I can’t specify that enough whisper quiet.the the cost of the split unit with shipping charges was Equivalent to our or slightly less $$$ than a window/wall unit, AC and without the ugliness and bulkiness and The noise that a wall or window unit makes of a traditional wall unit.it all so uses less power than a traditional AC unit for a older home without central AC and heat.has a grate Updated Decor and Modernized the room. I can’t thank the company enough it is and dose what it Describes too a T.!!!.
