back ban jayega isse ,mast rod hai bhai log ,grip bhi ek number pakadata hai

Low quality- bends easily.
If you’re lifting anything above 50 kilos on the lat pull-down with a wide grip, this will probably not be able to handle it. Mine bent easily from the middle.
