Flavor is good. But, if I follow the directions it doesn’t set properly. I reduce the water by about 1/8 cup. I dissolve it in 1 cup of water that is boiling. After it is dissolved then add water that has been in the freezer for about an hour and reduced by about 1/8 cup. Then pour into serving size cups to set. It works great.

The media could not be loaded. I wish I could give minus 5 stars. This product is defective. After 36-48 hours in fridge the jello doesn't form. The grains are all clumped together in the package so this product is clearly damaged. You should not be selling this.

it doesn't gel, followed directions. Tastes OK, not as flavorful as some jello's. Maybe I will try less water than what is stated to use on the box.

I find that the flavor and texture are much improved by reducing the stated water amount in the instructions by a quarter to half cup. The sweet spot for my Jello like preference is just over a cup and a half of boiling water per pouch. Glad to find this veg friendly Jello alt!The thickener is carrageenan for those adverse to it, but fine to me. Glad to be able to have Jello again

Sent expired product. It didn't gel properly. The children of my prek class were sorely disappointed.

almost liquid...overly sweet

I've made jello many times before. It just won't harden. I even added more with less water. No dice. I think there's something wrong with the product but I can't return because I've made it.
