The media could not be loaded. With this price range Rs. 27,800 (after discounts) this is one of the best AC with value for money. Ordered on 23/05, delivered on 24/05 and installation completed on 25/05. I never experienced such planned and as per schedule delivery with installation. You don't need to pay anything extra other than standard installation cost of 1200 Rs unless the installation requires any additional items. Performance is quite good, silent and able to cool 140 sqft room with short span of time. Outdoor unit does not make any noise while AC is on and quitter than other branded one. Already I purchased two units considering the price point and service. Amazon is always Amazing.

I have no complaints with the A/C itself. It is very good for the money you paid for. It is absolutely quiet. Cools the room quickly. Fully satisfied with the A/C itself.I have one complaint though. There is a charge of Rs 999 + GST for installation. However, the persons who came for installation charged additional Rs 200 for Tape used and wanted additional cost for mounting frames. My only question is what does the Rs 999 provide? These guys didn't even bring ladder, and I have to borrow that from Neighbour. Very pathetic. Why can't the seller add the installation cost and point out what are included? Display on the remote are not explained. Buttons on the remote is more than the illustration on the manual and some of the functions are not known. I get a better manual for my 3K Amplifier in a good coloured brochure format. This needs to be addressed by the manufacturer immediatelyInstallation rip-offNo clear details on what is included in the installation and what is extra, which will allow the installation team to charge everything extra from tape to mounting brackets to power plug probably even nails and wall plugs!Installation should be included in the cost so a buyer knows what he can expect.

The media could not be loaded. After using this candy ac for 3weeks. Must say its a perfect buy.its cools my shop 15/12inch really fast with in 10mint at 24c it's operaties quite noiselessly. Instalation is very good .all over im very much satisfied with the candy product... This was my 2nd Candy AC purchase after the one turned out to be good and service by Hier was also prompt. However all hell broke loose on the 2nd buy.1. Outsourced vendor of Hier comes for installation not Hier technicians, who did not have all materials / Accessories needed and the package did not have the copper wire which is part of standard kit . Spike to Amazon they says they will reimburse Rs 750 per metre for 3 metres of copper wire. However I pay more to for that same thing to the technician. Installation takes 2 days. Story begins now.2. AC is found to be not working after installation. Technician initially couldn’t believe and told me that i have fiddled with the remote hence its not working. Later he realised and said motor is damaged. Asks me to pay for installation for which I refuse.3. This time Hier sends their own technician to check again. He says motor damaged, blower not working, parts will be changed. Told him its just been installed he is not checking an old AC and parts not acceptable I need a fresh piece as replacement. He gives his boss contact and leaves.4. Meanwhile i generated replacement through Amazon after making few calls to Cust Care. However, they did not have any clue as to who would un-install the non functional AC. One Of them says ”I have successfully transferred the call to my technician team..he would guide you.” The technician team tells me to uninstall the AC at my end as uts my responsibility.5. Call received from Amazon delivery guy who says “ your replacement AC has come but first you have to unsinstall the damaged AC. Told him to deliver, uninstalling and reinstalling all responsibilities lies with AMazon. Guy disconnects call.27MayReplacement of the AC yet to be delivered. AMAZON is to get the damage AC uninstalled. My Calls are now disconnected after a while by the Amazon CC. Harrasment at the highest level.Jun 6thI was told to arrange for the uninstallation of the Faulty AC at my end for which I would be reimbursed, and a refund of the Faulty AC would be made.The refund was made not on my account but AMAZON Balance, without my consent. So i will have to buy from them worth the amount of AC.As of Jun 6th I have not received the reimbursement of the un-installation despite uploading the job sheet twice & following up with Customer Care..

This air conditioner is facing expensive service repairs several times after warranty period. In Chennai, service is available readily and quick to respond. Overall, after over a year of experience,I would advise not to purchase this one.

I have buyed this product after 1week use, got to know that product is awesome and no noise, fan speed is good and cooling effective.. But i just want tell you haier company showing installation charges 999plus service tax but when installation team came below are the drawback which effect company's value.- dont have proper equipment- take extra charges for install outer unit.. And there is no standard rate.. Customercare not disclosing charges..Very bad experience with installation team..
