When I’m not fully hydrated I have this slight headachey feeling. Often even when I drink enough water, especially after a night of drinking. Dropped a tab in water at a friends house and woke up feeling like I hadn’t even drank. Will be using this going forward.

I absolutely love these, but not before about 10 minutes ago.When I got these in, I immediately tossed one in some water to try. I was immediately put off by the flavor. I didn’t notice any mango or pineapple, and the only flavor I noted was something like Emergen-c.Then I got incredibly drunk (not on the tablets, obviously) and woke up hungover. I immediately thought, maybe those tablets will help?Good god, they did. I’m not saying it’s a hangover cure, but I am telling you I feel infinitely better from just have a serving. And it even tastes better now? It’s sorta fizzy and slightly tart. I am not obsessed with these and will be purchasing them more often in the future.

This electrolyte hydrates better than Nuun and has calories. 102.81 mile bike ride w/ 7907’ elevation gain, 87° average temperature 102° max temperature and weight of six pounds less, I had no cramps. Even though I failed to hydrate properly, I still had no cramps. These products are not needed for short rides like 30 miles or 40 miles, unless the outside temperature is in the 90°F range and moderate to high intensity ride.

Loved the flavor. Hated the sucralose. Please make a cane sugar version!!I have used many of these types of energy drinks.. maybe 7-8. My favorite right now is SkratchI really like the portability of these tablets though, vs packets (SKRATCH uses packets).The problem is when it has sucralos I get a sugar high low & start to shake after.Skratch doesn’t do that, it uses cane sugar.I know it sounds like I am saying use Skratch, and it is my current favorite. But I mostly am just frustrated with all the sugar alternatives companies are using. Liquid IV uses an alternative, Nuun uses stevia… the aftertaste is also horrible.I know using cane sugar means “it has a lot of sugar”, but it is also much healthier .. just make a version for those who are ok with cane sugar please :)

I work 12 hour shifts, out of all the energy drinks and coffees ive had this product works consistently well and also replenishes your electrolytes so you feel refreshed. I carry it on me in a side pocket and pop a few tablets when I need it during, usually post lunch and during the last 3 hours or so of work. It tastes good to me, like a flat coke.
