Can I use this for my hair which has semi-permanent color?

I’m not sure. I color my hair and use it, but I use permanent color.

My box came with no instructions- was it suppose to? Does anyone have a link to the instructions?

I did not get instructions either but. It is easy .. roll perm they apply wait about 25 minutes .. u can test to see if u want to leave on a little longer but i would not exceed more than 45 u dontt want to burn yoyr hair...rinse off pat dry .. then apply neutralizer leave on for 5 minutes.. take rods out ..rinse then condition style as usual

Does this have hydrogen peroxide in any of the lotions?

No as it didn't lighten my hair but it was rather harsh on it

Is this an acid perm? Can I use it on bleached (highlighted hair)?

This is not an acid perm, and is made for highlighted hair. If your hair has a lot of bleach and highlights, Zotos Platinum is also good. I've used both, Platinum doesn't last as long but leaves your hair less dry.
