DO NOT BUY! Dont even concider it! I bought it thinking I would chance it even though there were some bad reviews. Essentially the cool water is warm and the company will not resolve this issue for me. Ive just wasted a large sum of money and it was defective within a few months

I wanted a bottom loading water dispenser as I live in Jersey UK and live off unreliable borehole water. I didn’t want to slip a disc manhandling giant bottles on a top loading device so ordered this machine. It came with a US plug. Not wanting to organise an immediate return of a complicated massive item that I was otherwise happy with, I ordered a US UK plug converter. When this eventually arrived it transpired because of different voltages between countries the water isn’t chilled and is actually luke warm. The hot dispenser unsurprisingly isn’t hot either. So, all of this faffing meant Amazon or the mother company can’t be bothered to answer questions or organise a return. I can’t find any sensible information on the internet about voltage conversion so I turn it off at night so it doesn’t burn my house down. Having experienced slipped disc pain in the past it is still easier to muddle through with luke warm non toxic water and I like the design of this machine. Just not a US machine sold by Amazon UK with a US plug-durrrrrr….🙄

The drip tray was missing and sold knowingly sold as such impossible to find correct one as all out of stock but continued to sellIncomplete goods very very disappointed
