This works great. The hot water is steamy hot and the cold water is very chilled. It does make some noise. Only when it is chilling the water. Nothing too annoying. Easy enough to get water out of that my 4 year old can do it.

My desire to hydrate is up 2X. A smart, elegant, superior product. Thank you, Primo. You are my new best friend.

STAY AWAY from this product. I don’t even know where to begin without being melodramatic. I have had the most challenging year of my life with multiple health issues- primarily severe insomnia and palpitations. I have had countless tests and medical and specialist visits. Turns out it was plastic in our water. Shortly after obtaining our cooler, we noticed an awful, plastic, mildew type taste. I noticed reviews noting such in other bottom loading Primo models before buying, but this particular model seemed not to have those complaints. We thought the issue was with the water, so we got a jug from a different store and different brand, thoroughly inspected and smelled the water which seemed to have no problem. Shortly after installing the jug, the water again began to have a foul taste, and there were visible plastic floaters and sediment in the water. Again we thought it was a fluke, ran a sanitizing cycle although we had only had the machine a few weeks. It seemed to solve the problem and we noticed so long as we switched out the jugs as soon as the red light came on, for the most part it tasted fine. Fast forward to a night lying awake with my heart pounding and racking my mind as to what it could be, I identified a pattern. This only seemed to happen when I was at home. Long story short, my husband ran another cleaning cycle and the result was what you see in the photos- visible plastic sediment. Two weeks ago we switched back to normal gallons of water and all of my unexplained health issues are gone. This experience has been so devastating to me and my family and I don’t want anyone else to go through this. I did email Primo as this seems like a serious manufacturer oversight. Unlike the gas light in your car that alerts you you have a few miles to go before you’re empty, it appears as soon as the red light comes on to swap jugs, even if there is a bit of water left, the pipes overheat and slough off into your water. Even with being diligent about using the machine as the manual recommends, we were still ingesting large amours of plastic over the course of a year which had serious consequences. I’m not sure what our plan is for water now, but I do know I will be staying far away from anything with the Primo name on it.

Had this since 2022. Been working great until I woke up to a huge flood in my kitchen. Tried to contact company and got no response. Have no idea what happened bottle had no leaks whatsoever.

I like that this cooler is bottom load and lets you know when the bottle is empty. It is compact and fits perfectly in my kitchen. I would definitely recommend this product, the price is right and you won't be disappointed.

Very good for a quick tea or a nice cup of cold water. Easy to change water tank and family buys less water bottles.

Love this water dispenser - don't have to carry gallon water bottles down and up and up again staircases!
