Car Stereo, XO Vision CD and MP3 Car Stereo Receiver 40 watts x 4 with USB, SD, AUX Input [ XR201 ]

Upon having this stereo installed by a paid professional in the auto/audio world, the unit became incredibly hot to touch and when wired up began to smoke and spark. It had to be removed immediately. The professional advised that in his experience, this brand has about a 30% reputation for faulty/dangerous units. This could, and hopefully is, a one-off, but why run the risk? I thank goodness I didn't try to install it myself as there could have been a serious accident.I had to choose a star rating in order to post this review, but of course it isn't even worth a 1 as it was faulty and dangerous.

This XO device work for only 2 weeks and stop working I have removed it from my car. I don't have time to waste to return it.It is a waste of money.

Actually this stereo is good. 18 radio station presets are very good feature.It can play mp3 from SD card, and USB Flash drive. I tested it. Interesting feature that it remembers last played song and continues that song if plugin back same USB or SD Card. Also it plays mp3 from SD Card or radio without front panel. I turn ignition ON and music plays without panel. Of cause you need put front panel on device back if want to control something like volume or select another track.About sound: I have huge experience with sound like sound engineer. So I can tell that sound quality not so good. I can say that it's slightly below normal. EQ presents useless for me, and Bass and Treble control also adjust gain to unappropriated frequency. But feature Loud adds really deep bass to sound and factory speakers plays very powerful sound like HI-Tech.I didn't try CD yet because I use only flash memory now.Also bad thing that impossible to change album/folder. But I can select number of song and I should remember approximate song number for each album.I recommend it if you don't worry about sound quality and just what listen you favorite music from three different source (BTW: FM radio is fourth source and AUX IN is fifth)Thanks.

its ok but to change usb song you need to forward 212 times to hear a special song

that radio does not work, just worked for 3 days.this is the worst article I have bought in my life, that's a waste of money.

when I am driving the cd skips often. A bit annoying..
