Great product. Affordable. Hardly any flavor, which is great. Dissolves into produce and/or coffee smoothies. Whether or not I need added protein, I chose this competitively priced protein powder (best price; has everything the higher priced competitors have). It did not clump in liquid, which is great! This is a great soy protein. It's taste is mild to none, especially when you add it into a shake that has fruit. I always add a little vanilla to my shakes to help with the taste, and this powder adds a lot of protein with no bad taste. It is not gritty or chalky like other protein powders I have used. I do not use the full recommended amount because I combine this with another protein powder. Because of that, it lasts me for at least 2 months. I think that it's good value for the money. It's very mixable and leaves no clumps. I use it as a meal replacement shake and it keeps me very full.

TASTE: Tastes exactly like soy protein isolate, without the lingering after-taste that other brand had. (Probably due to this being finer and more soluble.) TEXTURE: Finer and more soluble (easy and possible to dissolve without clumps!). I actually had not noticed “refined & soluble” on the bag, but, immediately knew it when I had it. Very noticeable difference from others…. at least to me. BAG: Well-desgined - Compact (nothing unnecessary), and sits well. (Many bags with powder or other shape-shifting contents in them lean, and tilt over at times, causing spills. This one sits well on my (flat) counter! I love and appreciate that! - I will let you know should that change, but great so far! And, I have not tested on a non-flat surface. I have not baked with it, so, nothing to say on that.

I like to mix up my own chai or chocolate protein mixes. This product was the perfect base that adds protein to my drinks without including dairy. It works great, taste great, and has a very smooth texture. The size was perfect to make two batches, each of my favorite flavored protein drink additive. I will be ordering this product again! I love this pure soy protein powder! It mixes well in smoothies and can be used in baking without adding any extra taste. Best of all, it comes in a paper bag! I was looking for a way to avoid flavors and sweeteners and huge plastic containers and this is the perfect solution. I'm sooo happy to have found it!
