This was so easy to apply and looks very crisp and clean. I love to let the light into the house and I hate cleaning my blinds. This is the perfect way to let light in while maintaining privacy.

Check the size you order! After I finally got the right size - this was great! Easy install if you have one of these install kits. Still lets the natural light in but offers more privacy on the window by my front stairs.

Another review mentioned this but worth noting: the base film is milky rather than clear. So, the overall aesthetic is seeing closed blinds rather than say watching rain streak down window glass. The film application is straightforward and easy to achieve. However, know what you're getting before you buy it for a specific project.

I love these window liners! Privacy without losing the light! Fairly thick but easy to hang. Measure twice - I ended up having to order more. Looks great inside and out.

Great for privacy and easy to install. I used a razor blade slowly and carefully to cut perfect sizing right on the window. Keeps sun from coming in which reduces heat.

I made the mistake of assuming that the grid lines represented one inch increments. Not so! They are slightly smaller than an inch and as such the piece I cut was too small. My bad; should have used a tape instead.As for trimming to size once in place; I used a new blade in my utility knife, but the material still tore rather than cut with a clean edge. Despite holding with one hand and carefully cutting with the other it was impossible to get a clean cut edge.I ultimately cut precisely to size despite directions suggesting to over cut and then trim to fit.All in all I'm pleased with the product, but having this info should be helpful to others.Also, to assist in separating the film from the backing, save the little sticky bit at the beginning of the roll and attach it to the newly cut edge for use in separating the next piece. Barring that, use a piece of strong tape and use it to pull the backing off the film.

Easy to install and the pattern is classy + didn’t have as many air bubbles as a standard frosted window cling.

I needed to dog out the windows in my nursery, as it’s right by the front door - I’m in a rental space though, so I was worried about the application and eventual take down of this product. It was very easy and smooth to set up, and with how efficient that went I know the take down process will also be easy (peel it off, with no residue). For the price and quality of opaqueness, it’s well worth it!
