Malfunctioning replacement screen
The media could not be loaded. I bought this item twice and it is faulty both times. 1. The first puchase the when i got it in jamaica the screen would not touch after installation.. it could not be returned because the date had passed.2. Upon installation there is only light in the screen no picture.. so i tried to ship it back to the US for Jamaica but it would cost a almost $100 usd to ship it back which i cannlt afford and will not make much sense as i paid only $27.99 usd for it... How can i get a refund without the item being returned

I knew I was getting a screen for my galaxy tab 7 t500 but I guess I didn't read the details very well because I got a glass screen protector too.It was a prefect match and it works great.Thanks.
