Amazing bucket seat. Used for simracing, but will be buying some fore real racing soon. Very sturdy, feels great. Amazing look, super shiny. The size is perfect. I am 6' and pretty slim, got a large, I have plenty of room. It is a stiff seat, keep that in mind. After long stints my back will start to feel it, but it adds to the feel. Easy to clean, nice little phone pocket up front. I dont have any deformation in mine like some people are saying either. I love the color too, no one else has a orange bucket seat! Will buy again!

Im 6'1" 235 lbs 36 inch waist jeans and a little thick around the middle. I went for the large size in blue. I fit in the seat fine but you might be really tight if you are much bigger in the hips . the seat has broken in a bit with a few weeks of drive time and gotten more comfortable and comes with side brackets and some hardware. the seat is stiff and always for good driving position and gives good support when getting on stiff 100kg loadcell brake. the bottom pad can be a little stiff after a few hours of continuous driving but has gotten better as the seat has started to brake in. the cove material is soft and comfy and looks good the sparkle back is a little extra imho but my gal loves it. as this is a true bucket seat it can get a bit hot and sweaty as there is little to no airflow because it cradles so close to your body so a fan or ac is a great idea. pretty much all racing bucket seats are this way. they are designed to keep you in place and help drive fast, deal with loads and keep relatively comfortable while doing so. I would not recommend putting in actual car especially if you plan on tracking it due to the fact it is not fia certified and can't for sure be deemed crash safe. and wont pass tec bottom line if you are looking for a bucket seat for yoour sim look no further as you save a ton over an fia certified seat of similar style and construction and will fill this roll perfectly. unless you are trying to 1-1 your actual car setup for training where if you have the extra dough laying around i would put in another of your actual race seat ( if your actual seat is a few years old and out of fia cert take it out and put it in your sim then new one in the car) for fiberglass seats the fia cert is generally 5 years from date of manufatuing so be wary of this and go somewhere in person or email and ask for most recent if buying a seat though mail to get most recent seat so you can get full life in your racecar.

This is no doubt a great seat! I was nervous about buying this seat because all the reviews saying they were counterfeit, cheap, warped, etc. I can confirm that is not the case here. The seat I received is excellent and made very well. There is absolutely no flex in the seat whatsoever and it's very rigid. I installed it today and it has transformed my sim racing rig into an entirely different rig! I can brake much harder than with my previous seat and it doesn't move a bit. It's fairly comfortable but could use a little more cushion for the lumbar area which a few other people have stated, although it's far from a deal breaker and I plan on buying a memory foam lumbar support anyway. If you buy this seat, make sure you are buying from Amazon directly and not another third party reseller. I think the third party sellers are where the fake seats are being sold. When I purchased the seat it said "shipped and sold by Amazon" and I received an authentic seat with zero defects. My mounting brackets were perfectly aligned and everything mounted to my rig in about 15 minutes! If you are on the fence about this seat because of the negative reviews you read on here, don't be. This seat is absolutely fantastic, looks great and is solidly built!

These seats are perfect for sim rigs. They lock you in and give you that realistic feel. Great look and quality.

The seat showed up double-boxed in great condition. I installed this onto an NLR GTElite cockpit, and it fits very well. The NRG mounting brackets were slightly bent on one end, but I used the mounting brackets that came with my cockpit and didn't have any issues. If you don't have a spare set of seat brackets, it's a good idea to get one in hand, just in case. The seat itself is spacious and wide. I have 22-inch shoulders and am a bit bulkier. This seat fits very well, and the bolstering isn't so aggressive that I feel squeezed into place. The cushioning also feels adequate, and my rear end hasn't complained during longer sessions. The color of the red seat cover matches the photos as well. I've read that these and other NRG seats on Amazon are likely to be copies or factory rejects from the manufacturer, and some have experienced warping issues or other damage. Thankfully, my seat seems to be in great condition, but I'd be cautious when ordering this seat. This is a good deal for a bucket seat, but be sure to inspect for any damage.

Nice seats. Had them in for a good bit. They fit right on my planted seat brackets and also on sliders too. They are fairly comfortable (better than a kirkey aluminum one) but on long trips like all bucket seats they aren’t as comfortable as a normal chair which is to be expected. Came as expected and not bad for some budget seats (they are no bride seats but they work)

I had bought this seat for use in a racing sim. The seat came in at a rather quick rate which I was happy with. Upon opening the seat it had come with the mounting brackets already attached. The package had also surprisingly came with a set of seat sliders which saved me the trouble of having to buy one later on. I also wanted to note that the box the seat came in had absolutely zero padding or foam to maintain the integrity of the box and to protect the item inside. The only thing protecting the seat was a thin layer of bubble wrap surrounding the seat. Upon initial inspection the seat had seemed to be fine, but when mounting the seat to the racing sim I had come to learn that one of the preinstalled brackets was bent inward toward as if it had taken an impact at some point in shipping. When mounting it to the sim rig I had to whip out an impact in order to torque the bent side enough for it to sit flat. However by doing this now the seat sits at a slight left angle and will not sit square to the rim rig because of the bend in the bracket. with this I have no clue as to why it would be shipped with the bracket already mounted to the seat with no supports or foam under and around it preventing it from being bent. I had made attempts to reach out to NRG support but have heard nothing in response.
