Very nice product, Easy to install, Great cooling,

The performance of this AC is quite satisfactory. It cools my medium size room quickly and noise levels are average, about the same as more or less any other modern window AC from any good brand. The build quality is good, but the remote has neither a display panel nor backlit keys, which makes it difficult to use at night.Regarding installation, no one from Lloyd got in touch with me for 2 days after the AC had been delivered, so I had to get it installed from one of the local guys. The Lloyd guys did call after 3-4 days but by then it had already been installed.Overall, a very good product at a very reasonable price.

Worst product, I ever seen, don’t fall for the New luxury collection. It’s worst. There are three main reasons since I installed this AC. I am facing these three issues. First remote is not even functionally properly. Second issue is this is so noisy, then I can’t even tell you on starting in While shutting down it is giving a very bad noise. Third issue is fitting is not done properly.Not sure why I’m not able to attach a video here, but this is very bad product. The fun factor is though it’s very irritating for me. None of the technician knows about this model. They told me that this is the new product. They never see this product and they didn’t get any knowledge transfer in it. Hence they are not able to fix this product. Now I want to highlight here. This belongs to luxurious collection from havells.Also very bad customer satisfaction, Service since I installed this AC, I’m getting this issues, but none of the technician are able to resolve it seriously irritated

Its a good choice. Efficient cooling, sleek design and energy efficient. Was delivered on time and installed as well. The customer service is nice too.

Cooling- Very goodNoise level- AverageDisplay features- Below AverageMalfunctioning of remote but they have not redressed the issue despite complaint about the same.NOTE- When ordering the product, kindly do not avail the installation service from Amazon unless it is free of cost. I had to cancel my installation request with Amazon because their service was not in time as per their own given schedule and the behaviour of customer care executive was not satisfactory in order to tackle the issue.

For the product price and electricity saving, it is worth it . Easy to install. Good cooling . A must buy product
