Sorry for the gross photo, but it shows how well it worked along with Auectfy manual ear wax irrigation flushing system. It took several treatments to remove dried, impacted ear wax. This photo was after using Ear Wax MD ear drops after the third time. First time using, I left the drops in for 1/2 hour and nothing at all came out when I flushed with the irrigator. Second time, left drops in for 1 hour, then flushed and quite a bit came out. Third time I also left the drops in for an hour, then flushed and the most came out (see photo). I tried again a fourth time to make sure I had gotten it all out, and the water came out clear.

Wow! I've had ear wax build up for most of my adult life. You name it, I've tried it. When it gets bad I usually just suck it up, use hydrogen peroxide and what seems like a gallon of water to irrigate the ear. When it gets really bad I go see the doctor. I read about Ear Wax MD and thought I'd give it a try. I followed the instructions and filled the ear canal and let it sit for 15 minutes. After 3 squeezes with the irrigation bulb two large chunks and one small piece of ear wax came out and my ear was clear. Where was this a few decade ago?

I rarely write reviews but felt compelled to after giving these ear wax removal drops a try. Long story short - it works BUT you have to be patient. My right ear was almost entirely impacted and I couldn’t hear out of it for at least 10 days. I did 7 sessions(!) where I applied these drops and waited 40+ minutes and used an electric ear wash unit and after 7(!) tries the was was FINALLY dislodged from my ear. Worth the time, money, and effort AND kept me from going to the ENT doc.

The Ear Wax MD is probably one of the best over the counter product to help get stubborn hard ear wax out of your ears. Use as directed and then flush your ear out immediately after using this product. It really helped get the wax out of my ears. But it didn't unstop my right ear. My right ear was stopped up down my estastion tub, that goes from your ear, down your neck. After two weeks of ear pain and headaches, I used a heating pad on the right side my neck and the right ear for about 2 hours and it finally broke lose and my ear opened up. So just understand, it really depends on what you're issue is, whether this product will totally solve your issue.

So I’m going to be serious as much as I can. This product was ineffective to the blockage in my ear. I almost used all of it to barely get anything out to the point wear my wear was getting irritated. Even when following the steps, it doesn’t tell you when you should stop when the product starts to hurt. Use peroxide instead of this. 3% is the best to use bc you can do it at least 3 times with 1 or 2 droplets and let it rest in your ear for 7 to 10 mins or wait for the bubbling to stop. Then tilt head over a bowl or use a paper towel to get rid of the wax that the peroxide softened. Gently wipe the inside of your ear bc some wax will not get out with just water(but be sure to rinse first before using a towel or paper towel. Do this process at least 2 or 3 times but only that. The third time will start to make your ears irritated.

These work great! My toddler had so much ear wax built up in her ears and i used this over a few days and was able to get most of it out

I was hoping for a miracle. It just stuffed my ear up. I ordered something else, and it made it worse, so I went with tried and true. I don't know why I didn't just start with that. Wasted money! The peroxide did the trick. Perhaps this product is helpful in the sense that it gets everything together, and the peroxide pushed it all out. If I use again, it'll be accompanied with the peroxide 3%
