Worked Perfectly
I plugged the adaptor into the wall upon arrival in my hotel room in Ireland and it worked perfectly. I was able to charge both my iPhone and iPad via the USB adaptors which was a plus. The power light indicator was also a plus as they had some interesting toggle switches and a room occupancy sensor just inside the door.....no power to room or outlets until room key was inserted. Well made and included nice travel bag.

Complete Set
I've purchased a few of these adapter sets for travel in Japan and Europe and this particular set is the most complete of them all. Specifically the special adapters for "C" & "J" for Switzerland and Italy. The adapters work perfectly with the voltage converters I used while touring.

Handy to use.
I used the adapter while traveling through several different European countries (requiring a total of 4 different plug types). The device packs up into a single piece (very handy) and comes with a nice drawstring bag. Some fiddling is needed to adapt it to different plug types, but none of it was difficult. The two USB charging plugs are particularly handy. My only complaint was that the device is not designed to handle devices that draw a larger amount of power -- attempting to use a hairdryer blew the fuse. Fortunately, they conveniently include a second fuse, so I could still use it, just not for a hairdryer. All in all, this was a very handy item to bring on my travels.

Good quality, low price!
This is the perfect set of adapters! Note they are adapters not transformers! But they allowed me to plug my international set of rollers into European sockets even in Italy. Sadly, we left one adapter in a socket in the Amsterdam airport but it was easily replaced by the company who sells them singularly.

Worked in Italy
Worked great in Italy, went to 5 cities and it worked with my cell phone and curling iron, I did need to buy a curling iron with the correct voltage for Italy. It came i. A little case and was very easy to use.

If you lose a part, you are out of luck
You cannot get replacement parts for this set. I loved how it all stacks together, but lost one of the plugs while traveling. Although I bought it through Amazon and have also contacted the company, I cannot get the individual part that will stack with the set. They suggested I buy a new set.

Compact and Versatile
This adapter is like described on the webpage, compact and sturdy. I am going to visit 4 different countries in Europe with a small carry on, so size and versatility will be king. The main reason I liked this product is because it has a ground plug to protect my electronics.I will test it on my trip and finalize my review. So far I am impressed with the quality and versatility.

OK, but using it in France requires "disassembly" and you end up with a piece that is separate from the unit until you put it back together.
