Eufy is now a heavyweight in smart scales
This was a required purchase after my Withings health scales gave up on me. I was planning on getting the P2 but then saw the new P3 was released so hung on for stock. This scale is very slick and great to look at. The colour screen is impressive. They measure lots of metrics and and seemlessly transfers them over Wi-Fi so they are available to view on the app. As a cardiologist that likes to keep fit I love the ability to see the fruits of my labour or be reminded that I need to get back on the treadmill. The interface is easy but the graphs displayed on the scale after weighing are a bit unnecessary for most measures as they flash by so quickly it’s hard to work out what they mean. The app is great however and handy for review on the phone later. The internet connection seems solid. Already the family are using them and we can all see our data in 1 handy place. I can’t comment on battery life yet as it’s too soon but if my Withings is anything to go by then it will be a little while before it needs new batteries. I am however slightly disappointed that the worlds largest charging brand don’t have a rechargeable version but I guess this may extend the life. Overall I’m very happy given the cost is a fraction of the equivalent Withings scale and in my view this betters their previous generations scales and whilst I can’t comment on the current gen of Withings scales, the P3 however will take some beating.

Own Experience & Review - Importanrt things to consider
Pros1) It arrived safely, tightly sealed in a transparent film and new-working condition. This reassures that I received it new and wasn't tampered. I provided Photos with the transparent film on and transparent film off when I removed it. This is good to know. If you buying for self or gift for others.2) I weighed myself. I would say there is a 2-5% accuracy margin difference on my weight. For example, I am around 200lbs. It would say I am around 203.9 - 204.5lbs. This is not a major concern, as my weight is variable and fluctuates around this because body water retention and food in my system. I weigh myself a few - several times in a day to give me a statistical sample size to get an average rather than 1 figure as a baseline. I don't take any scales anywhere to be 100% perfect. As long it is near 98-99% accurate, I am satisified. If I wanted near 99-100% perfect accuracy, I would go to a professional clinic using superior, advanced and expensive equipments for that, doing a lot of tape measurements top to bottom. But I have no use-case or justification to do that yet.3) Aesthistically, it looks nice. Tempered glass, coloured display and big enough to see.4) It is packaged nicely and well.5) There is batteries included for the smart scale.6) Heart Sensor does work. Apparently you have to enable it. I provided photos on how I enabled it.7) It is nice that is a little bigger than P2 smart scale. I am a big person, big feet, just nice to have. Otherwise, P2 would be better value of money at this moment in time as it is half the price of P3. The colour and animation display is nice probably for children as a motivator rather than adults who just need hardcore numbers.Cons1) I bought this at £59.99 when it was on sale price. Happy with the purchase and price reduction but to be honest, I never spent such amount on a scale. To me, my own health is important so on that note, I can justify it if I make the most of this on value of money. The biggest justifcation is commited to getting back into shape so the use of this will be frequent and I bought this primarily as a "motivator" to set myself goals or targets each week, month, challenges or milestones as I progress through my fitness challenge. I recommend that you find your own justification and see if it fits your everyday routine or goals.2) There is a few things for any new or potential buyers interested in this. This is my first smart scale and as any buyer, we read reviews sometimes. For me, the most important thing to consider is, where are you going to put your smart scale. Apparently it uses Bluetooth and Wi-Fi for connectivity if you are using the app. To me, Wi-Fi is important connectivity to this smart scale because if this smart scale doesn't connect to Wi-Fi, the app you opened up on your phone won't simulatenously sync as you're measuring yourself. I prefer to look at the app as I measure myself because there is more metrics and easier to see extra details. It is one important thing to consider because I have some bad wifi-signal spots in my home and I have to move the scale elsewhere.3) The biggest weakness or bad user experience or practicality of this smart scale is ---> multiple user profile. When you have successfully weighed and measured yourself. When you add an extra member, and ask them to weigh themselves so the app can also store their profile. Unfortunately the smart scale consistently OVERRIDES my profile weight and measurement. Basically, the smart scale isn't smart enough to know who is who. If Person A is 200lbs and the Person B is 198lbs, it is possible that Person B data overrides Person A data. There is an approach on the smart scale to fix this. As you're weighing yourself, there is an option (FEET ICON) "Tap to Change". Underneath that, there is mutliple profiles YOU NEED to select displayed on the screen. Person A, Person B, Guest. Apparently you have to tap your left feet to move/scroll to the left menu option and right feet to move/scroll to the right menu option. It is not super intuitive, and not user-friendly experience. Definitely see this very confusing to any users and not helpful to elderly people who isn't good with technology.4) This point is relatively consistent with other reviews by others. I do wonder if other measurements are as accurate or not. I would say overall it seems okay measurement. As long the error margin difference isn't significant or over 10%, I am happy. As I mentioned earlier, I need durable and reliable sensors to give me a baseline and measure if I am losing weight, gaining weight or improving certain aspects throughout the years to come. That is all that matters to me and something I will assess as I continue to use this.Hope this review helps you make your own purchase decision and whether it will help you or not.

Make sure you use it in the bathroom, or on hard floor
At first I used this on carpet, and it had my weight wildly off from what I know it to be. It'd be nice if I was indeed 20kg lighter but that's not the realityThen I placed this on a hard floor a instructed by the scale, and it seems to be pretty accurateIn that sense, it works remarkably well but only as a bathroom scale. Realistically I'd want to place this outside the bathroom and only take it in there when you're done because I wouldn't want it to get wetIt's easy to read, looks decent and the app seems decent to track your weightI do like how it allows me to measure myself in kilograms instead of stones and pounds too given I'm very used to that. That's quite nice. All in all, well priced and very good to use even I was initially disappointed. The weight is accurate as long as you place the scale on a hard floor

Functional and informative with a great screen
Very impressed. Had a cheaper smart scale which this has replaced and the amount of info on both the scale and the app itself is fantastic. Doddle to set up and everything is configurable along with being able to select what metrics are displayed on the screen and a graph to show progress. The scales themselves seem really well built so getting them in the sale was even better. The report function is also really handy and gives you prompts and guidance. Wish I’d bought them sooner.

Good buy for those wanting to track their health
A great piece of tech! It's able to share your weight, BPM, and body fat all in one weighing. It's sleek and tucks away nicely, so good storage capacity. I love that it has a dedicated app where all of your results can be tracked and you can make profiles for the whole family. I've not had to consider replacing batteries and I've had it for a couple of months. Easy to comprehend your readings. Doesn't take a long time to get everything, and if you just wanna know your weight, it tells you it first. Worth the money if you care about having the ability to monitor your progress. The app also helps you to know if you are doing well or failing in any areas.
